About

Curious leader. Systems thinker.Hands-on builder.

I work where people, strategy, systems, and practical AI meet, often moving between leadership, operating design, and hands-on building. My interest is turning uncertain ideas into useful ways of working: clearer questions, better decisions, small systems people trust, and change that shows up in practice.

What I'm sharing here

  • How useful systems take shape: the questions, constraints, decisions, and tradeoffs behind the finished work.
  • Where technology improves judgment, confidence, and real human capability.
  • Collaborating in public by sharing thinking, insights, and experience.

How I tend to work

I pair curiosity with discipline: understand the work, make constraints explicit, test ideas against reality, and keep tightening the loop between strategy and implementation. I value direct collaboration, thoughtful challenge, and tools simple enough for people to trust.

Current focus

My current focus is large-scale organisational transformation for the AI era: helping strategy, operating habits, grounded knowledge systems, and agent workflows turn emerging technology into useful capability. I'm especially interested in how ideas become confidence, adoption, and better work.

Outside of work

Outside of work, my curiosity is broad: camping, snowboarding, DIY IoT, 3D printing, materials, vehicles, homelab automation, and making things by hand. The common thread is wanting to understand how things work, then getting close enough to try, repair, and improve them.
